Position Summary:

As an Underwriting Service Specialist within E&S Casualty, your role is to ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. The Underwriting Services Specialist utilizes customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met.
