Job Description
The Commercial Insurance Sales Support Officer provides end-to-end administrative and operational support across the company's Commercial Insurance portfolios. The role underpins the full commercial sales cycle, quoting, underwriting coordination, policy binding, renewals, endorsements, and partner management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience within a commercial insurance back-office, brokerage support, underwriting support, or a similar administration role, with strong accuracy and operational discipline.
- Prepare, process, and quality-check all B2B commercial insurance documentation including quote requests, submission packs, underwriting requirements, policy schedules, COIs, endorsements, cancellations, and renewal paperwork.
- Assist BDEs with quote generation by gathering risk information, data validation, insurer/underwriter liaison, and ensuring all required documentation is complete before submission.
