Underwriting Team Leader

We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Underwriting Team Leader for our longstanding client, to manage an underwriting team through their day to day work, and inspire them to be better.   You will have experience of Commercial Underwriting to provide a foundation of knowledge to enable you to identify knowledge gaps in the team, to help you organise the workloads accordingly, and to also provide the mechanism for training needs.
