Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible for decomposing cell indicators based on the technical index requirements of stacks; lead the formulation and optimization of the technical route for unit cells (cell cores). Deeply understand the stack and system-level goals (performance, efficiency, service life, cost, cold start, etc.), accurately decompose and define key technical indicators at the unit cell level (such as current density, voltage efficiency, durability, consistency, cost, etc.), and ensure that the unit cell design strongly supports the overall goals.
  • 2. Responsible for the performance improvement and matching optimization of bipolar plates and membrane electrode assemblies (MEA) on the cell platform, and balance the water, gas, and electricity management issues between bipolar plates and MEA; lead the performance improvement, selection matching, and collaborative optimization of bipolar plates, MEA, and their key components (catalyst layers, prot...
