Job Title: Unit Manager – Agency Channel

 CTC: 3.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives
 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Insurance / Agency Channel preferred)
 Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors to achieve business objectives.

• Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel by building a strong advisor network.

• Guide and monitor team performance, providing necessary support to meet sales targets.

• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and joint field visits to improve advisor productivity.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

 Desired Skills:

• Strong sales and people management skills.

• Experience in insurance sales or agency recruitment preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
