Job Title: Unit Manager – Agency Channel

 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Insurance / Agency Channel preferred)

 Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

 Key Responsibilities:

  Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors to achieve business objectives.

  Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel by building a strong advisor network.

  
  


• 
  

  Guide and monitor team performance, providing necessary support to meet sales targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and joint field visits to improve advisor productivity.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
