Position Summary

Key Focus:

  • Develop and design complex batch workflows in order to support application functional batch workflows.
  • Customer facing and providing information and training to Customers.
  • Able to build new schedules and jobs which are in line with client Scheduling Best Practices.
  • Able to make recommendations to Customers on how a job should be scheduled using IWS batch workflow designs best practices.
  • Make changes to existing jobs streams and jobs as requested.
  • Expert usage of the TDWC.
  • Expert understanding of batch workflow and automation Best Practices.
  • Able to give Customers expert advice and training on using the TDWC and Best Practices.
