Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of nursing care for a select number of both short-term and long-term care residents as mandated by Federal and State regulations. Develops and implements all care planning based on the client’s individualized medical and nursing needs. Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. Maintains nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
