Job Description
We are looking for a Unity gameplay programmer for a long-term indie multiplayer project (35 hours per week).
The game is a cooperative survival experience focused on player interaction systems, not just shooting mechanics.
You will implement gameplay features such as player states, interactions, tasks, and basic networking using Photon Fusion (experience is not required — you can learn but in your own time though some experience is recommanded).
We value reliability and willingness to learn more than senior experience.
The project will grow over time, so consistency and communication are very important.
You will work together with a senior technical reviewer who helps guide architecture decisions.
We expect clean, readable code and regular progress updates.
You must already be comfortable with Unity basics and have completed at least one small game or prototype.
Good English communication and stable availability each week are required.
