Unity Developer for MMO Strategy Game

Hi,
I am looking for an experienced Unity Game Developer to help me launch a mobile strategy game (MMO/RTS) similar to Clash of Kings or Call of War.
Project Overview:
I intend to use a ready-made source code/template (bought from Asset Store or provided by you). I need you to customize it for the Kurdish market.
Key Responsibilities:
Reskinning: Replace UI elements, backgrounds, and character assets to match a specific local theme (I will provide details).
Localization (Important): Implement the Kurdish language. Please note that Kurdish (Sorani) uses the Arabic script, which is Right-To-Left (RTL). Experience with RTL text in Unity (Text Mesh Pro) is required.
Server Setup: Set up the backend/server so the multiplayer features work correctly.
Requirements:
Experience with Unity 3D & C#.
Previous work on Strategy or Multiplayer games.
Ability to work with RTL languages.
If you have a portfolio of similar games, please share it.
