We are hiring Unix/Linux Support Engineers to support enterprise production environments. This role focuses on server monitoring, incident handling, and routine system maintenance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain Unix/Linux servers and services
  • Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests
  • Support user account management and access requests
  • Perform file system checks and system backups
  • Conduct routine health checks and performance monitoring
  • Assist with patching and configuration changes under supervision
  • Document incidents and troubleshooting steps
