Job Description
We are hiring Unix/Linux Support Engineers to support enterprise production environments. This role focuses on server monitoring, incident handling, and routine system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Unix/Linux servers and services
- Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests
- Support user account management and access requests
- Perform file system checks and system backups
- Conduct routine health checks and performance monitoring
- Assist with patching and configuration changes under supervision
- Document incidents and troubleshooting steps
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux support
- Knowledge of system monitoring and incident handling
- Basic command-line troubleshooting and log analysis
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools
