Job Description Job Description Complete Quality is seeking a lumper/unloader to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics and utilizing core skills in materials handling to unload and move various goods efficiently. Must have at least 1 year of experience unloading. Morning hours (approx. 6AM - until project completion, Monday–Friday) Compensation: Approx. $120 - $200 daily (depending on production| Paid weekly via 1099 Responsibilities Manually load and unload shipments manually. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage materials handling. Assist with the organization of warehouse space for optimal workflow and efficiency.
