As an Unqualified Teacher , you lead the classroom using pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and on task. You create a positive and structured learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils academic and social development. Your role helps maintain continuity of learning across the school, making a real impact while gaining valuable classroom experience .
