Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with SEN

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

Support pupils with EHCP targets and individual learning plans

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Support personal care where required

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Patience, empathy, and resilience

Relevant qualifications or training desirable (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, SEN training)

Must be a driver with access to a vehicle

Desirable

Experience in a school or SEN setting

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
