Milk Education is working in partnership with a lovely, welcoming primary school in Wallsend to recruit an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and looking to gain hands-on experience in education.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils with learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

  • Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes
