Unsecured Lending Strategy Associate

Citizens is seeking a Strategy Associate to support the Unsecured Lending business within the Unsecured Lending Business Performance & Strategic Planning team.

This role partners directly with the Head of Strategic Planning & Business Performance and the Unsecured Lending leadership team to drive business prioritization, strategic planning, and performance management. The Strategy Associate will play a hands‑on role in shaping near‑term decisions and longer‑term strategy by providing structured analysis, executive‑ready insights, and clear strategic recommendations.

This is a high‑visibility role with regular interaction with senior leaders and broad exposure across Consumer, Risk, Finance, Analytics, Technology, and Enterprise Strategy teams.
