UPS Field Service Coordinator (Bilbao)

We are looking for a UPS Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Bilbao, Spain !

As a UPS Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the human resources assigned to your geographic area and coordinating commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, and connectivity solutions.

You will establish, promote, and maintain effective relationships with customers, sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders, while ensuring continuous communication with the dispatching team, coordinators, supervisors, and department management.

You will manage assigned spare parts, ensure compliance with ITC regulations related to international trade in Vertiv products and technologies, and follow all environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain and customer-specific facilities.
