Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing the assigned market and reporting on timely basis.

Execution of sales strategy as per management goals.

Build strong relationships with customers. Address their concerns, understand their needs and escalate issues as on

when basis.

Take ownership of the targets and develop plans to achieve the same.

Responsible to understand the product thoroughly.

Collaborate with other teams i.e. product development, marketing to achieve overall company goals.

Build relationships with stakeholders in the same industry.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate with excellent communication skills.

Right attitude towards taking a company into new territories where it did not exist.

Good knowledge on construction industry materials.

Languages English, Hindi and local languages.

Results driven with high focus on surpassing/achieving sales targets.

Prefer experience in B2B sales.
