Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition for IT services projects.
- Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (and similar freelancing platforms if required)
- Write customized, high-conversion proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with international clients via chat, calls, and emails
- Understand project scope, requirements, and coordinate with the technical team
- Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and track proposal performance
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
- 2–5 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, SaaS, Cloud, Automation, etc.)
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into strong proposals
- Familiarity with proposal strategies, Upwork algorithms, and client psychology
- Basic knowledge of project costing and timelines
- Experience with other platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer.
- Exposure to CRM tools or lead tracking systems
- Understanding of international client expectations (US, UK, EU)
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Location: New Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
