Upwork Job Post: Android/IOS Native Developer for Live Streaming App

We are hiring an Android Native (Kotlin/Java) developer to build a live streaming application similar in complexity to Bigo Live, Mico Live, or other real time streaming social apps.
This is not a beginner friendly project.

What we are building
A live streaming social app with features typically found in large scale live platforms, such as:
Live video streaming (low latency, stable under weak networks)
Live rooms with hosts and viewers
Real time chat, reactions, gifts
User profiles, follow system, discovery feed
Moderation tools (kick, mute, report)
Push notifications
Payments or coin system (optional depending on final scope)
Requirements (Must have)
Strong experience building Android native apps using Kotlin (preferred) or Java
Proven experience with real time live streaming apps (not just video calling)
