Provide first-line technical support to our customers
Communicate in English, Spanish, or Italian (other languages are a plus)
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs
Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement
Work closely with tech teams and learn about our products and systems
What We’re Looking For
Interest in technology and desire to work in tech
Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others
Good communication skills in English and one more of these other languages: Spanish, Italian, Polish, German and French
