Key Responsibilities

  • Organize received paper materials according to established guidelines or client specifications.
  • Use imaging devices and associated tools to convert physical documents into electronic formats.
  • Ensure documents are fed correctly into the imaging devices and monitor for any errors during the process.
  • Check digital copies for clarity and accuracy, redoing scans when needed.
  • Maintain organized workflow to meet daily processing targets.
  • Handle physical documents carefully to prevent damage or loss.
  • Ensure equipment is clean and well‑maintained for optimal performance.
  • Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.
  • Support the monitoring and replenishment of materials needed for operations (such as film and paper).
  • Other adhoc duties assigned
