Key Responsibilities
- Organize received paper materials according to established guidelines or client specifications.
- Use imaging devices and associated tools to convert physical documents into electronic formats.
- Ensure documents are fed correctly into the imaging devices and monitor for any errors during the process.
- Check digital copies for clarity and accuracy, redoing scans when needed.
- Maintain organized workflow to meet daily processing targets.
- Handle physical documents carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Ensure equipment is clean and well‑maintained for optimal performance.
- Follow confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.
- Support the monitoring and replenishment of materials needed for operations (such as film and paper).
