Logistics on Marketing and Admissions Strategies

  • Manage an admissions role-based email account to handle and dispatch enquiries and communications from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in working on marketing initiatives like social media posts and communication materials.
  • Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in keeping track of and analyzing competitors’ media communication movements and update the team accordingly. Preparation of reports to management when required.

Student Outreach and Recruitment

  • Assist Marketing & Outreach team with event logistics and administration for outreach events and activities as needed.
  • Participate in outreach events in pre-university institutions.
  • Any assigned duties assigned
