Urgent: Engineer, Testing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing all testing-related activities for server and rack products in a production environment.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, including headquarters and factories, on the implementation and maintenance of test programs.
• Support and implement PXE server configurations for production systems.
• Execute, maintain, and continuously improve server and rack run-in testing processes.
• Perform and sustain burn-in and power testing procedures to ensure product reliability.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly across different stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and concepts.
