Mercier Consultancy is urgently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Mobile Banking Services Department for one of our clients! In this critical Entry Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers as they navigate their mobile banking experience. Your fluency in French will be essential in delivering accurate information and solutions to help clients manage their banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with mobile banking services, account issues, and transaction queries
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Provide clear and detailed instructions on using our mobile banking platform
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and financial technology
