SUMMARY
As a Trainer , you will play a key role in developing and enhancing employee competencies across the organization. You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve learning strategies to ensure alignment with both business needs and employee growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate classes to support employee competency development
- Review course curricula and suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to Training Quality Guidelines and processes
- Provide complete documentation for all training sessions conducted
- Collaborate with TQM to implement and improve development programs
- Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results
