Seeking a skilled HR Help Desk Specialist responsible for managing cases and addressing issues for all employees in the TP, USA region. Responsibilities

  • Take inbound phone calls
  • Respond to employee inquiries via Chat
  • Resolve employee concerns raised through phone, email, and web
  • Process cases as needed
  • Handle employee care-related inquiries from TP US employees via various channels (inbound phone, email, ticketing system) - in a centralized call center set-up
