Mercier Consultancy has an urgent opening for an Irish Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. This vital Junior position role is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Irish-speaking clients, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering successful long-term relationships.

As part of your responsibilities, you will troubleshoot technical problems, offer guidance on best practices, and conduct training on our technology solutions. Your strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset will enable you to cater to the unique needs of our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Irish-speaking clients requiring IT support and tech solutions
  • Troubleshoot and swiftly resolve a variety of technical inquiries and issues
  • Provide clients with expert advice on best practices for using technology solutions
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients in effectively using our IT products
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to tackle complex technical challenges and enhance service delivery
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in technology and IT support to provide informed recommendations

Requirements

  • Fluency in Irish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions is preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with technical support tools and software
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • A keen interest in technology and a proactive approach to client satisfaction is vital
