Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role

As a Migration specialist, you own the full process of moving clients from their previous PMS into our platform (migration and onboarding). This includes disconnecting old systems, reconnecting every property, and ensuring all units, calendars, rates, content, and integrations are mapped correctly.
