We're Hiring: Instructional Designer (Grade 2)
We’re looking for a skilled Instructional Designer / Content Developer to create clear, engaging, and user‑centric content across digital platforms. The role involves designing learning materials, crafting presentations, developing lesson plans, and using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, MS Suite, Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage high‑quality content across the user journey
• Conduct user research to shape content decisions
• Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders
• Contribute to content strategy and structure
• Test, evaluate, and improve content based on feedback
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in content development / instructional design
• Strong writing, editing, and storyboarding skills
• Ability to research, analyze, and simplify complex topics
• Good communication & collaboration skills
• Familiarity with modern content‑design tools and CMS platforms
Work Requirements
- Location: Malad (Work from Office)
- Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), Saturday and Sunday off
- UK Shifts
- Immediate joiner only eligible
