Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management (scheduling, calendar, travel).

  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Prepare, review, and organize company documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Handle internal and external communications professionally (calls, emails, inquiries).

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports.

  • Assist with compliance and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Support various departments and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative role (experience in Construction/M&E industry is a plus).
