We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring seamless end-to-end transportation services across North America.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriersSource and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective mannerNegotiate rates and service terms with transportation providersMonitor and track freight shipments to ensure on-time deliveryHandle load documentation and ensure compliance with regulationsResolve shipment issues, delays, or disruptions quickly and professionallyMaintain up-to-date records in our transportation management system (TMS)Continuously expand the carrier network to improve service coverage
