We are looking for a competitive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Pharmacy Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and you will aim at meeting sales targets.As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our companys pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth.Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical institutions.Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted productsMeet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysisProvide detailed product information and answer questions from healthcare professionalsAttend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuitsWork with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing messageBuild positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making processMonitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantageKeep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedbackPursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data .Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Requirements:1-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
