Australian Shift (Work from Office Only)Vadodara Location.(4:30am to 1:30pm) & during day light saving time (3:45am to 12:45pm).Mon to Fri.This position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.3+ years of work experience and should be good with Microsoft applications.Primary tasks & Duties:Identify the routes to see if the job can be done. And then quote accordingly.Interacting with customers over the phone and help them solve their queries. Doing the same via emails as well.Liaising with subcontractors to get the information needed for the work.Entering the bookings into company system.Sending out quotes via email and on different platforms.Providing customers with updates regarding the transportationEncouraging happy customers to leave positive feedback and reviewsEnsure all data is correctly entered into the systemSubmit reports on activitiesOther tasks as requiredWork in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures.Please drop your cv at
