What you need:

  • Should have Collections Account experience
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne. Dayshift Account.
  • Can join ASAP.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Collections (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong ability to plan and execute collection strategies
  • Hands‑on in performance management, not just reporting
  • Experience in:
  1. Portfolio segmentation
  2. Contact strategy planning
  3. Coaching and performance calibration
  4. Comfortable working closely with Operations, QA, Dialer, and WFM
