  • Board Certified/Board Eligible 
  • WA license required
  • Dates needed starting in November
  • 5-6 days of call and clinic
  • Full time provider for 3-6 months+
  • Minimum 3 month committment required 
  • Clinic 8a-4p, night call 5p-8a, 24 hour call 7a-7a 
  • EMR: EPIC
