Carondelet Medical Group , a leading multispecialty provider in Southern Arizona, is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Urologist to join our growing team in Tucson . This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, well-supported practice with a full suite of standard urologic equipment and an experienced team behind you. Position Highlights: Full-time, employed opportunity with a stable, patient-focused practice Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient caseload Manageable call: 7 shifts/month , with additional compensation available Average 25 patients per clinic day and 5 10 surgeries per week Supported by dedicated clinical staff and system-wide coordination for referrals and diagnostics You ll be joining a highly reputable practice within a health system committed to excellence and backed by an administrative team that lets you focus on medicine, not management .
