About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable US Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in US accounting processes and accounting software tools. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online (mandatory) along with exposure to Quick Books Desktop and Xero , and the ability to manage month-end activities while supporting client communication professionally.
This role requires a solid understanding of transactional accounting, accuracy in financial reporting, and confidence in handling client queries via email and calls.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day US accounting activities including bookkeeping and reconciliations
Manage bank feeds categorization and ensure accurate posting of transactions
