Job Description

Remote Customer Support Specialist is needed 
Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental clinic or dental lab.
Proven experience working with the US market

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer account information
  • Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs


Requirements

  • Strong experience in the dental field
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in dental terminology
  • Prior customer support experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively
  • Solid understanding of client services principles
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
