About the Role Lorvenk Technologies is a growing US IT Consulting & Staffing company seeking an experienced US HR & Compliance Specialist. This role focuses on end-to-end US onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance for both direct consultants and vendors.

⚠️ This is a hands-on role and requires practical US staffing experience.

🔷 Key Responsibilities 🇺🇸 US HR & Onboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding for direct consultants and vendors Prepare and maintain MFA (Master Service Agreement) and SOW (Statement of Work) Collect and verify onboarding documents for: STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, L1, F1 CPT Handle E-Verify and ensure I-9 compliance Maintain complete and accurate records as per US labor laws
