  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems accurately and confidentially.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote employee engagement and contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
