Terabrains Technologies LLC is hiring an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to support our growing IT staffing operations. This role is responsible for marketing IT consultants (bench) to US clients and vendor partners, managing submissions, and closing placements. Success in this role means consistent submissions, strong vendor relationships, and successful consultant placements.
This position plays a critical role in expanding our client reach and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities Market IT consultants (Bench) to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients in the US
Work on daily requirements across multiple technologies and roles
Handle end-to-end bench sales activities including submissions, rate negotiation, and follow-ups
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Track and report daily sales activities and submission status
