US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT positions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, with solid knowledge of US hiring practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time)
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide regular status updates
• Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
