Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account managers and hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements, organizational culture, and talent strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess qualifications, values alignment, and work eligibility (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B Transfers).
  • Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in inclusive hiring.
  • Mentor junior recruitment team members to enhance overall sourcing and hiring capabilities.
