  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

    You are expected to be a proficient computer-user, particularly with office productivity and email applications.

    Having an interest in the technology industry would be a plus factor. You are expected to build up exhaustive 
    You must be fluent and comfortable in both spoken and written English.

    You are expected to be task- and deadline-oriented, and not a clock-watcher.

    Education

    MBA (HR) is must. Prior experience of 1-3 years, and IT-industry experience will get you additional points.
