Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with recruiting managers to understand and qualify requirements.
- Conduct in-depth candidate searches to identify individuals with the technical skill sets required for specific positions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of USA tax terms, including Corp-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099.
- Utilize various open recruiting tools and platforms effectively.
- Understand and stay updated on different visa statuses, including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with the team for seamless recruitment processes.
- Possess a good understanding of the IT technologies in the Recruitment Industry and market dynamics.
- Exhibit strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Work proficiently with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Conduct research using social networking sites, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and independently to achieve individual and team goals.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with proven experience of 2-5 years as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
