<p><b data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for <b>US IT requirements</b> (W2 and C2C), from requirement understanding to onboarding</li> <li>Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and delivery priorities</li> <li>Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases</li> <li>Conduct initial candidate screenings covering technical skills, communication, availability, and rate alignment</li> <li>Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer and onboarding processes</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS and recruitment trackers</li> <li>Ensure compliance with client, vendor, and internal recruitment processes</li> <li>Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets</li> </ul> <p><b> </b></p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>3 to 7 years of experience in <b>US IT Staffing / US Recruitment</b></li> <li>Strong understanding of <b>US staffing models (W2 & C2C)</b></li> <li>Experience working with US time zones and clients</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li> <li>Experience supporting MSP/VMS clients</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards</li> <li>Prior onsite experience in a delivery-focused recruitment role</li> </ul>
