We are seeking an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to US staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate coordination across multiple technical skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for US IT requirements using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability
- Coordinate interviews with US clients and consultants across time zones
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer stages
