Job description:

  • Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.

  • Responsible for handling different types of IT/ Non-IT requirements.

  • Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.

  • Should be good at headhunting and sourcing Pharma/IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

  • Arranging interviews and follow-up.

  • Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.


Requirements:



  • Any bachelor's or master's Degree.

  • Required 0 to 1 Year experience in Staffing industry. Willing to work in Nightshifts

  • Must have good communication skills and a good attitude.

  • Expert into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.

  • Knowledge of Clinical, Pharma, biotechnology staffing is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Freshers are mostly welcome, we will give you training.
